Jia Xi has developed herself across different platforms, including hosting, theatre, TV/film acting, and singing. She took part in the 987TV Star Contest, a competition organized by 987FM in search of the next hosting sensation, and finished Top 6. She is now a DJ in training under Capital 98.5FM.

Jia Xi is now a familiar face for kids' events, weddings, festivals, corporate dinners, and award ceremonies, and is able to emcee in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
